I made these 2 bore heads I think they are called Apparently these were a delicacy in tudor times

Looks good/but not to eat lol. I remember when mom would use the pigs head to make head cheese. My parents came from farms so nothing was wasted.
ReplyDeleteWe also had pigs on the farm but we never ate them.I do remember though the pressed meat made out of the cows tongue and the liver from the sheep, not too sure about the stomach but we used the fat around the belly of the sheep for cooking we didn't waste anything either
