The Tudors

This is how my tudors should have looked!

Now they are apart it is much easier to work with!

As you can see I have quite a bit to do on this one
Haven't cut out the roof yet!
All the inside is complete with fireplaces that work, well they will, all is wired up!
Not sure what to do with the roof on the plan it said to use spackle or Das, not only is the das expensive but the heaviness of the structure would be too much, even using the spackle, so still thinking about that

  1. Its looking good, I love your timbers. How about using aged cedar wood shingles on the roof or craft paper maiche, they are both much lighter than Das.

  2. The timber we have used is pine, easy to buy at the local hardware
Mmm thought of shingles I have used those before, but I was thinking about using the shingles I have made out of the other end of palm fronds the soft brown part, I have saved a few of those
Paper mache may be an interesting thought too!
    thank you
