So much to do around here setting up villages and organising Christmas things is taking all my time!

Wooden things

Seems this week I am trying to get the wooden Tole done instead of minis
I do need to get these done before Christmas and as I am not a very steady or fast painter I need a fair bit of time!
these both are 16inches high
The tree is going to be white! That will be easy I will spray it!
It has a squirrel as you see, which we don't have here lol, as a separate piece
Yes I should do a kangaroo huh! Oh well maybe I will change at the last minute as I am apt to do!

This doll will have a basket of flowers well hopefully when I finish I only just began this today so a little bit to do as yet! I will have a block of wood on the bottom to make it more

Busy Busy Busy

Shame I haven't got to the minis for a while!
We had visitors for a couple of days and had such fun,they have gone home now.
Since then I have been very busy keeping up with my husband who cannot drive as yet, so he had me all over the city yesterday we left at 9am to meet with his worker, then home for a bit,then to another appointment at 11am, back home for lunch then to the Physio at 1pm, back to his work place 25 minutes away from our house, then I went to my sons house to do a few chores for him and didn't get home till 6pm! Whew I was so tired!
For a person to only go out 3 days a week to everyday for 7 weeks is all a bit much!
WHY?? cause NO MINIS!!!!!lol I guess it won't be long and I will be saying!
Gosh it's boring around here !

Now this was the hardest of all very small to be painting nice clear lines

mmmmmm it looks a bit bashed up I wouldn't have it my bedroom or any other room for that matter lol

Been dragged behins a ttruck I think! lol

I had a hard time painting over the brown with the white and now it looks a bit think maybe Im using the wrong paint!

I thought I would make a bookcase to play around with the Shabby paintwork and I made it out of card
then I painted it pink and top coat 3 times of off white and this is how it came out
